1. Shipping Fees
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges added at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders undergo structural inspection, glaze verification, and multi-layer shock-absorbent protective packaging prior to dispatch.
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days after the processing period is complete.
- Please note that transit times are carrier estimates and may vary slightly depending on your regional delivery destination, postal traffic, and fragile parcel handling procedures.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment online.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected external delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather events, peak holiday postal volumes, or customs clearance. Kibo Craft is not liable for carrier delays, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel to resolve any delivery issues.
