By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Kibo Craft, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.

1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Handmade Ceramics & Artisanal Variations

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions (diameter x height), fluid capacities (ml/oz), and pricing. Handcrafted Nature Notice: Because our stoneware ceramics and wooden goods are individually hand-thrown, hand-carved, and kiln-fired, organic variations in glaze dripping, tonal depth, speckling, and minute dimensional tolerances (±5mm) are inherent characteristics of handmade artisan craft. Kibo Craft reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Tableware Thermal Shock & Care Disclaimer

Ceramic Care Notice: Handcrafted stoneware items are durable for everyday dining; however, sudden and extreme thermal shock (such as transferring a frozen ceramic dish directly into a preheated high-temperature oven, or pouring boiling water into an ice-cold stoneware cup) may cause structural cracking. Untreated natural wood utensils should be hand-washed with mild soap and never left soaking in standing water. Kibo Craft is not liable for fractures or finish damage resulting from thermal shock, drops, or improper cleaning.
